"The only constant is change", as the old saying goes, and that has certainly been true in my career.

My career has spanned the spectrum from news writing to web production, QA, SEO, ADA, and now currently, as the Director of Marketing Technology, supervising a team of web developers. My unique career path has allowed me to see from many perspectives how content and technology intersect to create informative, user-friendly, and useful websites.

I have led many transformative projects, including replatforming, upgrading technologies that are both visible and invisible to users, rebuilding an entire website, and even building a substantial new site from the ground up. Those experiences have taught me to recognize small problems that have the potential to turn into large delays and to find solutions to stem the problems early.

Most recently, I completed a certificate program from Harvard Medical School Executive Education, called Leading Digital Transformation in Health Care. This program taught me valuable new strategies for managing change and for identifying and evaluating new technologies.

I have always thrived at building and creating new things, problem solving, and finding innovative solutions. Leadership and change management require those same skill sets.
